About the Role
As a Senior AE focused on onramps, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion.
- Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs before they become obvious, including wallets, payment startups, infra providers, neobanks, and PSPs.
- Lead sales efforts specifically around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure.
- Close complex, high-impact deals ranging from early stage pilots to multi-year strategic contracts.
- Act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers, helping them design scalable fiat to crypto flows.
- Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem.
- Develop deep product and technical knowledge, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
- Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.
