Responsibilities

As our first Developer Relations hire focused on web3 startups, you will be the face of Crossmint to the developer community and play a pivotal role in bringing early-stage web3 startups onto our platform. You will work closely with the founders, and the Go-to-Market team to drive developer adoption and engagement.

Your main OKR will be the number of early-stage web3 startups onboarded to Crossmint.

To achieve this, you will:

• Be a Natural Networker: Build and maintain strong relationships with web3 startup founders and developers. Act as their trusted advisor and go-to person.
• Hackathon Participation: Represent Crossmint at hackathons and developer events to promote our platform and engage with the community.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, forums, etc.), answering questions, providing support, and showcasing how Crossmint can empower developers.
• Advocate for Developers: Be the voice of the developer community internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into Crossmint’s product roadmap.
